With clinical at-home test kits providing a deeper insight into what is really going on with your body, free access to clinicians, and convenient supplies of professional-grade daily vitamin packs and supplements, we make achieving the healthier you both simple and clear.

I have a pre-existing condition. Will you be helping me to manage it?

Wellnicity's pharmaceutical grade vitamin packs, supplements and formulas can be helpful in managing many health concerns. However, Wellnicity is not intended to replace recommendations or treatment from your physician. It is always important that you share any and all supplements and medications you are taking with your physician.

Do you work with my doctor?

Wellnicity has Clinical Nutritionist to address your wellness concerns with you directly. Our clinical staff is more than happy to send results we obtain to your doctor, but we work with each patient on a personal level to provide the best care possible.

    How much does it cost?

The most common Wellnicity panels cost between $49.00-$329.00. We believe a healthy and vibrant life should be accessible to everyone, and we have worked diligently with our partnering labs to secure the lowest prices.

Do I need a doctor to order my test?

You do not need a doctor referral to order a test.

    Do you accept insurance?

Wellnicity is a nutritional program and not a healthcare program, so it is not covered by health insurance.

    Can I request auto-refills?

You asked, and we delivered! You can opt in at auto-refills at checkout for My Wellness Packs and My Choice Packs.

How do I order my supplements?

To order your supplements if you have already tested with us, login to your account. Be sure the supplements you would like to order are checked off, scroll down, and click “order.”

If you have never tested with us, but would like to order supplements, please contact one of our clinicians by phone at 866-217-8809 option 4.

    Is the program available nationwide?

Yes! Wellnicity is currently available in the United States. Testing is unavailable in New York for all test kits due to state laws. Samples from Maryland, Rhode Island, and New Jersey are not accepted for certain test kits. Check the product page to see if the test kit you want to order is available in your state.

Is the program available outside the United States?

Unfortunately, Wellnicity is not currently available outside of the United States but we hope to expand as soon as we can.

    Can I test my child?

Absolutely! We offer urine testing for infants of any age. Please call us for a separate urine collection device for children still in diapers.

For blood collection, children under 8 years should collect from a heel-prick using the 1.8 mm (blue lancet) only. Children over 8 years of age and adults may use the blue or yellow lancets and collect from a finger prick.

Stool samples can be collected directly from a diaper that does not contain urine.

We recommend saliva collection for children six years and older only.

How long does it take to get my results?

Results vary with each test. Results will be available to you in approximately 3-9 business days from the date the lab receives the sample. Reruns and recollections may take longer than 9 business days.

What are your hours of operation?

Absolutely! Wellnicity test kits and supplements make great gifts! Be sure to register the kit to the person the sample will be collected from.

Can I use my HSA/FSA account to purchase a test/supplements?

If you have a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account you may be able to make your purchase with your card, but it depends on the company you are with. Some accounts are an acceptable method of payment and some are not.

Since HAS/FSA accounts vary, please check with your specific company to see if Wellnicity testing/supplements are covered.

Do you provide diagnostic or CPT codes?

Since Wellnicity is a nutritional program and not a healthcare program and isn't covered by health insurance, we do not provide diagnostic (ICD-10) codes. We do, however, provide CPT codes upon request.

We recommend retesting every three months while symptoms are present to monitor your progress and dosing. If you are feeling great, you can retest every six months to a year.

Do I have to order a test to order supplements?

No! At Wellnicity we offer custom Wellness Packs. You must speak to a clinician to set up your wellness pack. This ensures you are taking what you need at the correct dosage based on your symptoms.

How much does supplementation cost per month?

Rates vary depending on testing and supplements purchased. Our clinicians are here to help if you feel you cannot afford your regimen. They will guide you to which supplements should be taken, by priority. Wellness Packs range from $10 to $240 (or more) dollars per month, while the average cost is about $120 per month. Our goal is to decrease your regimen size as you start to feel better, which emphasizes the importance of retesting to monitor your levels.

Our test kits are shipped via United State Postal Service (USPS.)

    What is your return policy?

    See return policy

I lost my test kit, now what?

Orders placed through Amazon or another vendor do not qualify for a replacement kit unless you have the Lab Requisition Number (barcode found on the bottom of the test kit sleeve, the requisition form, or the device.)

    Supplement Questions

Will I have to take the supplements for life?

While some supplements (such as a multivitamin or omega source) are beneficial long term, our goal at Wellnicity is to rejuvenate, reduce and remove! We recommend what you need most and then through testing, see if future changes/additions need to be made accordingly. Once your testing is within the optimal ranges, we can reduce supplementation as needed.

How long until I feel better?

As we are dealing with nutraceuticals, not medical prescriptions, the rate at which individuals notice change varies from person to person. Some items can have immediate effects, while others might take 2 weeks or more. You are welcome to contact a Wellnicity clinician at any time to discuss your supplements or concerns about your physical and emotional well-being.

Can I take your supplements if I am on medications or have a pre-existing condition?

Wellnicity's pharmaceutical grade supplements and formulas can be helpful in managing many health concerns. However, Wellnicity is not intended to replace recommendations or treatment from your physician. It is always important that you share any and all supplements and medications you are taking with your physician.

Are your supplements food grade or professional grade? How can I be sure your supplements work?

All of our supplements are professional grade quality. We provide the best quality supplements with the highest-grade ingredients to make sure you are given the best possible solutions for your health and wellness needs. Our supplements meet or exceed strict cGMP, NSF, Kosher certified quality standards in FDA regulated manufacturing facilities. For more information on our supplements, please visit our Standards page.

Are your supplements capsules or tablets?

We offer capsules and soft gels in your Wellness Pack.

Can I take my own supplements with your tests?

You do not have to purchase our supplements; however, we absolutely advise that what you do use is professional grade quality. We care about our customers seeing results and know that pure ingredients and good manufacturing practices are an integral part to this! All products provided by Wellnicity are manufactured in the United States and made from the highest quality of ingredients in facilities that have the prestigious NSF International Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification.

Can I send in my own supplements to be packaged?

While we cannot accept your own items due to FDA laws, we are always open to possibly sourcing items we do not currently offer on a client's behalf. Please send an email to us at care@wellnicity.com and we will let you know if it is a product we can provide.

Are your supplements manufactured in the USA?

Yes! We adhere to the strictest standards for quality manufacturing and take great pride in that all our supplements are made in the United States.

    Do your supplements contain allergens?

All of our products are free of tree nuts (excluding coconut), peanuts, wheat, gluten, corn, and yeast (excluding Saccharomyces).

I've noticed that sometimes my supplements are different colors. Why is that?

Some color variation from lot to lot is both normal and to be expected. That said, we always triple test our supplements and supplement blends with a third-party to ensure that our ingredients are always consistent for efficacy and purity- no exceptions.

Do I need to take my supplements on an empty stomach?

Always take your supplements with a meal except for your bedtime pack.

If I miss my morning dose, should I take it later in the day?

Supplements may vary on whether to take in the AM or PM. This information will be personalized especially for you and your needs. You may contact a clinician for specifics.

What if I can't swallow capsules?

All capsules can be opened and mixed with water/food. You may contact a clinician for guidance.

I'm not noticing a difference in my health on your supplements. Are they not working?

This is first and foremost why we recommend retesting. It is important to understand that health and wellness is a lifelong journey. Wellnicity's supplements are all-natural and designed to work with your body rather than against it. As such, this process can take time and vary from individual to individual. Our Wellnicity Clinical Nutritionists expect to see variations in response times based on things like lifestyle, gut health and compliance. You may not be feeling a difference, but retesting can show for sure if we're moving the needle or not. If you have any questions, however, about your journey and Wellnicity, please give us a call or send an email to us. We are here to help guide you on your unique path to health and wellness.

Is it okay to test if I'm pregnant? Can I take the supplements?

Always check with your physician before starting anything new, but we provide all-natural products that in the majority of cases can be taken while pregnant or nursing. That said, always refer to your physician in regards to taking supplements while nursing or pregnant. It is equally important that the Wellnicity team also be made aware of any conditions, including pregnancy. Testing while pregnant is perfectly okay.

If I have questions about my supplements, can I speak to someone?

We encourage you to contact our Clinical Nutritionists with any questions at (866) 217-8809, Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM Central Standard Time.

  • General Testing

Why do you test saliva, blood, stool and urine?

With each test Wellnicity offers, we have worked to determine the best testing modality for each parameter tested. In some cases, such as cortisol and testosterone, saliva provides the most efficient reporting method. Stool is necessary when assessing gut health. Urine is the most accurate method in regard to neurotransmitter excretion. Blood is necessary when testing Vitamin D.

Will my test results compare with those taken at the lab?

Lab results will be comparable. Keep in mind that when testing bodily fluids such as blood and urine, there is variation. Reference ranges vary from laboratory and modality based on rigorous quality control standards within each lab. Of course, testing with any method whether it is done at a lab (venipuncture) or at home (with a finger stick or dry urine collection) will be comparable. Even if you took your blood by venipuncture multiple times in a row, it would not be exact. Many times, we are looking at ratios to determine your nutritional needs.

Are there medications that could interfere with my test?

In short- yes. Each test kit has collection instructions that are unique to that kit. It is important to read collection instructions on your kit front to back before collection. We recommend that you take time to read these instructions the day before you test. There can be factors you will want to take into consideration prior to collecting your sample.

  • My Food Sensitivities

    What is a food allergy?

There are two types of food allergies, one is Immunoglobulin E (IgE) mediated and the other is Non-IgE mediated. If you have a food allergy, your immune system overreacts to a particular protein found in that food. Symptoms can occur when coming in contact with just a tiny amount of the food. If you are allergic to a food, this allergen triggers a response in the immune system. Food allergy reactions can be life-threatening, so people with this type of allergy must be very careful to avoid their food triggers.

    What is a food sensitivity?

Many people who think they are allergic to a food may actually be intolerant to it. Most symptoms of non-IgE mediated food allergies involve the digestive tract. Symptoms may be bloating, fatigue, headaches, vomiting and diarrhea. The symptoms can take longer to develop and may last longer than IgE mediated allergy symptoms. Sometimes, a reaction to a food allergen occurs up 3 days after eating the food allergen.

    What is a food intolerance?

Not all people who react to a certain food have an allergy. They may have food intolerance(s). Examples are lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, sulfite sensitivity or dye sensitivity. For example, those with lactose intolerance do not have the enzyme to properly break down sugar (lactase) in milk and milk products. Staying away from these foods is the best way to avoid a reaction.

What does Wellnicity test for? Food allergies or food sensitivities?

Wellnicity tests for food sensitivities using ELISA testing. We offer a variety of food panels based on need and budget so that people can choose what panel is best for them.

Can I take medications prior to collecting my samples?

Do not stop any prescribed medications by your doctor. Please make sure to note on your e-health profile what prescriptions you are currently taking.

Do I need to fast or stop eating certain foods before testing?

No. It is suggested to maintain your usual dietary habits consuming a variety of foods when possible. Avoid any food that may have potentially resulted in a previous adverse reaction or anaphylaxis.

I used the lancet and can't get enough blood from my finger tip to fill the circle. Now what?

Run your hand under warm water prior to testing to help encourage blood flow to fingertips or swing arm and gently massage your forearm with the other hand to encourage blood flow before puncturing another finger. Two lancets are included with each test. Please use the second lancet and try a different finger.

Does it matter which finger I use for the finger prick blood test?

Puncture site should be on the right or left side of middle and/or ring finger of non-dominant hand. DO NOT puncture the center of the fingertip.

I would like to test my child. What age do you have to be for testing?

Antibody assays are suitable for 6 months of age and older.

How long can I wait before shipping my sample?

Please ship the sample within 2-3 days upon collecting.
